Product Manager

As part of the Product Management team at Shuru, you will play a pivotal role in shaping products that drive measurable business impact for our clients. You will act as the bridge between business objectives, customer needs, and engineering execution—ensuring every product initiative aligns with revenue goals, market positioning, and long-term growth strategy.
Your Impact
Drive Product Strategy: Define product vision, positioning, and roadmap aligned with company growth objectives and client business outcomes.
Translate Business to Execution: Convert business goals and customer requirements into clear, structured product requirements, user stories, and prioritized backlogs.
Own Value Delivery: Ensure product initiatives contribute directly to KPIs such as revenue growth, client retention, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Stakeholder Leadership: Act as the primary liaison between customers, leadership, sales, and engineering—ensuring clarity, transparency, and alignment.
Market & Competitive Intelligence: Continuously assess industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
Performance & ROI Tracking: Define, monitor, and optimize product performance metrics, using data-driven insights to guide decision-making and continuous improvement.
Client-Centric Approach: Gather and synthesize feedback from clients and stakeholders to enhance product-market fit and maximize long-term value.
Operational Excellence: Lead agile ceremonies and ensure efficient execution, balancing speed-to-market with quality and scalability.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (strong technical foundation preferred).
4+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in technology-driven or client-facing environments.
Proven ability to deliver products that create tangible business value.
Strong understanding of agile frameworks and product lifecycle management.
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
Exposure to AI-driven solutions or digital transformation initiatives is a plus.
Consulting or multi-client project experience preferred.
Prior team leadership experience is an advantage.
